The grade refers only to cosmetic condition — every device works identically regardless of grade, with full battery health and zero functional defects.
Like-new cosmetic condition. No visible marks on screen or body. Battery health above 90%.
Light cosmetic wear. Minor scratches or marks visible only under direct light. Battery health above 85%.
Visible cosmetic wear. Scratches, small dents or scuffs. Battery health above 80%. Fully functional.

1. Source. Trade-ins, lease returns, and direct purchases from individuals and businesses in Halkidiki.
2. Inspect. Opened, photographed, and component-checked. Screen, battery, ports, buttons, cameras, speakers, microphones.
3. Repair. Anything not passing the test gets replaced. We don't sell units with hidden faults.
4. Clean. Full external and internal cleaning. New thermal paste on PCs. New screen protectors on phones.
5. Reset. Clean OS install, factory reset, iCloud/Google account removed, ready for first boot.
6. Document. Build sheet, test results, and warranty card delivered with the unit.
